PO Box 300630 Permanently Closing July 15

To protect the integrity and security of our organization’s mail, Mail Services is permanently closing PO Box 300630 at the USPS Post Office at 7205 Almeda Road on Wednesday, July 15, following recent mail theft at this location.

What to Do

  • If your department uses PO Box 300630, notify vendors, business partners and anyone else who sends mail to your department and provide your office address instead.

Keep in Mind

  • Any mail sent to the PO Box after July 15 will forward to our Mail Services team for one full calendar year. The team will deliver forwarded mail to the appropriate department, so there is no need to pick it up.

  • Our Mail Services team is coordinating the address change with USPS.

  • Do not contact USPS on your own, since this could delay your mail.
