Helping clinicians quickly connect with the right on-call provider supports timely care decisions. Beginning Monday, July 13, 2026, our organization will launch Epic On Call Finder with Qgenda integration as the primary tool for identifying on-call and on-service providers for inpatient care.
Accessible from desktop and mobile devices, Epic On Call Finder brings on-call information directly into Epic, allowing clinicians to find the appropriate provider without leaving their workflow. Qgenda will continue to serve as the source of truth for on-call schedules and as a backup during Epic downtime.
