Our Environmental Services (EVS) team works tirelessly to keep our campuses clean, safe and comforting for everyone they serve. Recently, several EVS team members were recognized through Caught You Caring for their dedication and contributions to our community.
Maricela Tavera
Maricela’s attention to detail and pride in her work bring real comfort to the families she serves. A family shared that her kindness and thorough care kept their room clean, calm and welcoming throughout their child’s hospitalization.

Mihret pairs her work with a consistent, caring presence. She regularly checks in with patients and families, offering kind words and thoughtful questions that help ease difficult days.

When a mother requested specific cleaning protocols for her child undergoing chemotherapy, Uba followed them every day without hesitation. Her reliability and compassion helped build trust during a frightening and uncertain time.

Maria’s attentive service and warm presence supported a family through a difficult hospital stay, ensuring their room remained clean and comfortable throughout their experience.
Nora Soriano
During routine rounds, Nora encountered a patient in distress and immediately assisted in activating a code blue. Her quick response and calm presence reflected a deep commitment to the safety and well-being of every patient in her care.
Leyla Abafita
When Leyla encountered a tearful father searching for his newly admitted child, she confirmed his identification and personally walked him to the room so he would not have to navigate that moment alone. Her compassion turned a stressful situation into one of reassurance and support.
