The new Voyager platform is live for Finance and Supply Chain

We are excited to announce the Voyager platform is live! Thank you to the Voyager Project Team, Texas Children’s Leaders, Change Agents and Super Users who have spent countless hours and immense energy to bring this transformative platform to life for our team members.

Please click here to access Voyager with your Texas Children’s login credentials. You can also access Voyager via the link on Connect (under Tools). For best results, please access Voyager with Google Chrome.

Please note, over the next few days you may experience periodic slowness while working in Voyager. This is expected behavior at Go-Live. Our teams will continue to monitor the system performance as we work to optimize your experience.

Voyager Super Users
A dedicated group of Super Users is available to assist you when navigating the new Voyager platform. Super Users are your first line of support for your questions, so please reach out!

If your Super User is unable to resolve your question, they will direct you to additional resources for help, including the IS Service Desk.

Guided Learning in Voyager
Voyager offers an incredible resource to provide step-by-step assistance for specific processes, directly in the platform. Oracle Guided Learning can be accessed via the OGL widget once you are in Voyager.

Key Reminders
  • Submitting Requisitions: If you need a purchase order urgently, please reach out to purchasinghelpdesk@texaschildrens.org after you submit the requisition and include the requisition number and expected delivery date. Please note, this email account will be available through Oct. 15 as Supply Chain gets acclimated to the Voyager platform. Please ensure your requisition is fully approved if you need it urgently.
  • Concur access: Concur is currently unavailable. Please continue to use your OneCard for purchases. Users will be notified when Concur is available for reconciliation and approvals.
  • Office Hours: Starting Oct. 6, we will offer regular office hours daily from 1-2 p.m. to address additional questions about using Voyager. More information can be found on the Voyager SharePoint site.
  • Voyager SharePoint: The Voyager SharePoint site contains several resources to help you prepare to use Voyager, including a Cost Center and Accounts Crosswalk, a Delivery Locations Crosswalk, System Demonstrations and Frequently Asked Questions.
