Identity theft is on the rise globally, with scammers targeting service desks by impersonating users to steal their credentials and gain access to their accounts.
To stop these attacks from reaching our team members, our IS Services team launched CLEAR, a faster, more secure way to confirm it’s really you. CLEAR registration is required to verify your identity for sensitive Service Desk support, including password resets, multi-factor authentication registration and access requests.
What Happens If You Don’t Register

The Service Desk can’t confirm your identity, so your request cannot be immediately completed

Your password reset, multi-factor authentication registration or access request is delayed until an alternate verification process is complete
Register for CLEAR

New users: upload a government-issued ID and snap a selfie

Returning users: use your existing CLEAR profile and verify with a selfie
