All team members must complete their flu vaccination requirement by Nov. 4 at 10 a.m. If vaccinated outside a Texas Children’s Employee Health event or appointment, submit proof promptly. Pharmacy receipts are not accepted.
Visit the Employee Health Virtual Assistant for details. Baylor team members must also complete the Baylor flu attestation. If unable to access it, email your vaccine record. Non-BCM Medical Staff will receive separate instructions from the Medical Staff Office.
