Verifying your identity with the Helpdesk is about to get much faster.
IS Services will launch CLEAR on May 12, introducing a faster and more secure way to verify your identity when contacting the Helpdesk. CLEAR will be used anytime identity verification is required, including password resets and multi-factor authentication registration. Instead of manager outreach and live verification calls, you will confirm it is you in seconds using a selfie and, if needed, a government-issued ID.
When you reach out, the Helpdesk will send a secure SMS link so you can verify your identity through CLEAR and quickly move forward with your request. Self-service password resets will still be available, and the process remains unchanged.
