The 2022 ART course completion deadline is Monday, August 15, and we need every team member to participate to reach 100 percent completion across the organization.
Ready to get started? Read on for important things to know about 2022 ART, including three easy steps for accessing the course in HealthStream.
How do I access 2022 ART in HealthStream?
- Click here to log into HealthStream or follow the “ART/Learning Academy/HealthStream” link on the Connect homepage under the “Quick Links” heading.
- Log into HealthStream using your Texas Children’s e-mail and password.
- On the “To Do” tab in HealthStream, click on the “Start” link next to the course labeled, “TCH HR 2022 Annual Required Training.
Who needs to take 2022 ART?
- Texas Children’s employees, contractors and volunteers are required to complete ART.
- Employees on leave of absence are required to complete ART within 30 days of their release back to work.
- With the exception of those who are exempt as listed below, Baylor employees who work at Texas Children’s are required to complete ART through HealthStream.
Who is exempt from 2022 ART?
- New employees (including Texas Children’s employed physicians) hired after January 1, 2022, who must complete ART within 30 days of their start date.
- Physicians, residents, fellows, dentists, podiatrists and licensed Ph.D. psychologists not employed by Texas Children’s.
What do I do if I need help with ART?
- For problems accessing HealthStream, contact the IS Service Desk at 832-824-3512, Option 2.
- For questions about the ART course, send an e-mail to healthstream@texaschildrens.org
- If the course is not giving you the correct completion status or allowing you to advance through the lessons, you may need to clear your browsing history. Follow these instructions.
