The Nurse Manager Summit at the Duncan Neurological Research Institute (Duncan NRI) showcased the strength of leadership across our organization and the ways our nursing leaders continue putting HEART into action for teams, patients and families.
Since its inception in 2021, the summit has created space for nurse managers to connect, exchange ideas and learn from one another. President and CEO Dr. Debbie Sukin and System Chief Nurse Executive Dr. Jackie Ward delivered remarks centered on the impact intentional leadership has on team culture, collaboration and care delivery across our organization.
Through candid conversations and shared experiences, nurse managers left with renewed purpose and a collective commitment to creating environments where team members feel supported, valued and empowered to thrive.
