Lead with HEART: New Education Sessions to Strengthen Our Culture

Even small moments shape our culture. The way we communicate, respond and support one another builds trust or breaks it.

To reinforce a respectful, values-driven workplace, Texas Children’s has updated its Employee Conduct Policy to clearly define behaviors such as incivility and bullying. The updates give leaders clearer guidance on how to address concerns and when to partner with Employee Relations. They are part of our ongoing commitment to living our values and ensuring our HEART values are reflected in how we work every day.

To bring these expectations to life, the Learning and Leadership team launched new education opportunities for leaders and team members.
