Managing high blood pressure can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to be done alone. The Workforce Well-Being Team has launched a new Hypertension Education Program that brings team members together to learn, connect and build healthier habits in a supportive environment.
From February 5 through 26, participants will meet for four consecutive weeks in a virtual, interactive series focused on practical strategies for living well with high blood pressure. Sessions will explore nutrition, stress management and physical activity while creating space for shared experiences and encouragement among team members facing similar challenges.
