Beginning March 20, 2026, Garage 12 – West Tower Parking Garage in the Texas Medical Center will permanently close for self-parking as Texas Children’s transitions the location to valet-only parking to improve patient and visitor access.
Valet service at this location is scheduled to begin April 20, 2026, and will be available 24/7.
Team members who assist patients and visitors with directions are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these locations to help guide families to the most convenient parking options during this change.
