Transition to Voyager will move Texas Children’s to a single date for performance reviews, merits

August 3, 2021

Texas Children’s is getting closer to the exciting launch of the cloud-based Voyager software platform powered by Oracle, and taking steps now to prepare the organization and our team members for how this change will transform the way we conduct annual performance reviews and process merits.

In transitioning from Peoplesoft to Voyager, the organization will move to one universal date for performance reviews and merits. Operating on the same schedule will allow for more efficiency with communications, resources and training; foster greater collaboration and improved results; and deliver a better overall experience for our team members.

For more on the change to Voyager, check out this Connect story and stay tuned for even more updates and information to be shared over the next several weeks.

Next steps for our team members

Consolidating the performance management schedule will require our team members to take specific next steps based on your current performance review month.
