Simulation Center Recognized by Becker’s Healthcare

The Simulation Center at Texas Children’s has been recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as one of this year’s Hospital and Health System Simulation and Education Programs to Know.

Since launching in 2009, the program has expanded to deliver more than 21,000 hours of simulation training each year, helping clinicians prepare for complex scenarios, test new technologies and strengthen quality and safety across Texas Children’s. In addition to clinical education, the team works with departments throughout the organization to test new spaces, workflows and technologies before they are introduced in patient care.

We’re proud of the expertise and dedication of the teams working every day to advance care for the children and families we serve.
