To nominate a colleague for the Super Star Award, please complete the nomination form. The Super Star Program is designed to recognize and reward work and behaviors that support and promote Texas Children’s organizational mission and our HEART values: Humility, Excellence, Accountability, Respect and Trust.
What are the criteria to be a Super Star?
1. Any employee selected as Super Star must be in good standing.
2. Staff level employees must be employed at Texas Children’s for at least one (1) year.
3. Leaders must be in a formal leadership role for two (2) years at Texas Children’s.
4. A partner is defined as any individual who is not an actual employee, but who provides services
to Texas Children’s and has done so for 2 years.
5. Physicians must have worked at Texas Children’s for three (3) years.
6. All nominees must have exceptionally demonstrated at least two (2) of Texas Children’s core
values.
