New Feigin Tower conference room requests start Oct. 1

Team members can submit requests to reserve the Feigin Tower conference rooms for the 2024 calendar year beginning Oct. 1.

Feigin Tower conference rooms are listed in the global address list by room names, which begin with the letters FC.

Meeting request responses will be immediate. The conference room calendars will automatically send an approval/decline message for your meeting. Please note you can only book meetings up to one year in advance from the day you send your request. All declined meeting requests will include reason and contact information in the body of the email.

Recurring meetings

Recurring meetings are not automatically scheduled each year. Please include a start and end date when sending a recurring meeting invite. All meetings are required to start and end on time. Departments are responsible for sending meeting requests.

Special meetings with set up/clean up

To book special meetings, seminars, symposiums and outside speakers, please include set-up and clean-up time. Special setups will not be granted unless there are at least 30 minutes reserved prior and after your meeting. Setups are only available for conference rooms FC-01A and FC-14D. It is the user’s responsibility to contact housekeeping, catering, Biomedical Engineering and Security, etc. to make any necessary special arrangements.

Meeting cancellations

If your meeting is cancelled, please “notify” the conference room by sending a meeting cancellation allowing the room to be opened for others to use. Also, remember to cancel any work order requests for AV equipment (Biomedical Engineering) and special room sets (Facilities Operations/Housekeeping).
