Myra Davis Named on Becker’s List of Chief Innovation Officers to Know

At Texas Children’s, innovation determines how we improve care, expand access and shape the future for the patients and families we serve. Across our hospital, new approaches to technology and care delivery are making a meaningful impact. 

That work is now earning national recognition.

Myra Davis, Chief Information and Innovation Officer, has been named to the Becker’s Hospital Review 2026 “Chief Innovation Officers to Know” list.

Published by Becker’s Healthcare, the list recognizes leaders who are driving transformation across healthcare through technology, care models and collaboration. Honorees are selected through a competitive nomination and editorial review process.

Myra’s leadership has helped advance innovation across our organization. She oversees the IT and innovation strategy, leading initiatives that enhance patient access and operational efficiency. Her work includes implementing enterprise resource planning solutions, launching a virtual care clinic and developing an online scheduling strategy that improves how patients connect with care.

She has also introduced intelligent process automation to optimize resources and established a data governance and analytics center of excellence, strengthening how data is used across the organization.

In addition, Myra has expanded collaboration with partners such as Baylor College of Medicine, technology startups and other organizations to help bring new ideas to life.

This recognition reflects her impact, her forward-thinking leadership and the continued focus on innovation at Texas Children’s to ensure our hospital delivers transformative care and solutions for the communities we serve.
