The launch of Headspace is here. We are proud to have partnered with the free, on-demand digital mental health platform for any additional EAP Plus needs. Confidential Emotional Support
Connect with a certified counselor 24 hours a day, seven days a week for marital, relationship and family issues; stress, anxiety and depression; grief and loss; substance abuse; and more.
Work-Life Solutions
Research, referrals and resources from work-life specialists for child and elder care, pet care, buying a car, buying or selling a house, and more.
Mental Health Coaching
Headspace coaches are here to guide you through everyday challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, handling work stress, or having trouble sleeping at night, chat with a coach instantly or schedule your session-all through private conversations directly in the app.
Therapy and Psychiatry
For extra support, connect with a clinician with five covered sessions. They’re available within days-even on weekends and evenings-and work with your coach to make sure you have the care you need. Psychiatrists are available based on your health plan benefits.
Everyday Mindfulness
Explore hundreds of guided mindfulness exercises and expert-led courses to manage stress, sleep soundly, and bounce back from challenges.

Protect Your Heart: Hypertension Education Program
Topics covered will include how nutrition, stress management, and physical activity affect hypertension.
- Every Thursday (beginning February 5 and ends February 26)
- Meets weekly for 1 hour
- Two sessions available! (morning session will begin at 7:00 AM, lunch session will begin at 12:00 PM)
- Sessions will be held virtually (Microsoft Teams)

One-on-one health coaching is an effective way of motivating people to make significant behavioral changes. We come right to your workplace to help you take responsibility for your health and partner with you to achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals.

Provides the skills to offer initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them with appropriate care.
