Healthcare Quality Week Webinars and Activities

Since its founding in 1985 by the National Association for Healthcare Quality, Healthcare Quality Week (HQW) has recognized the essential contributions of professionals dedicated to improving healthcare quality and safety. This year, Texas Children’s Hospital will celebrate HQW from October 21–25, 2025, highlighting the positive impact our quality experts have on our organization and the communities we serve.

The 2025 national theme, “Celebrate Our Impact, Fuel Our Future,” reflects our commitment to one of Texas Children’s strategic pillars: focusing on the fundamentals. By investing in safety, quality, service and disciplined management, we continue to uphold our standard of clinical excellence.

To mark the occasion, the Quality, Service and Safety Department will host a variety of activities and educational offerings. (See below for details)
Healthcare Quality Week is a meaningful opportunity to reflect on our values and celebrate the incredible work happening across our system. Let’s take this time to honor those who make quality and safety a daily priority.
