92816alexandraalonso175Let’s prepare for our healthiest autumn yet. As the season changes, it is a good time to reevaluate your health priorities and engrain new behaviors before the holiday season begins.

Please join our special health coaching series, Fall into New Behaviors. These three, 30-minute sessions will review topics such as how to de-clutter your home and work life, identify and change your bad habits as well as  how to get a better night’s sleep.

For more information about the sessions at Main Campus click here and for more information about the sessions at West Campus click here.

If you are unable to attend the sessions, we encourage you to meet with our registered health coach to help you achieve your well-being goals. Whether you need support achieving a healthier lifestyle, reducing the amount of stress in your life, quitting smoking, improving your nutrition or fitness, or carving out more time for your family, our health coach will provide a personalized experience to help you achieve optimal well-being.
