Leadership at Texas Children’s is not defined by title; it’s reflected in how we listen, learn and lead with HEART every day.
The Learning & Leadership Development offerings for 2026 are designed to support team members and leaders as they grow the skills needed to navigate change, inspire others and deliver on our mission. These experiences focus on strengthening leadership capabilities, communication, decision-making, collaboration and business acumen, all while keeping Texas Children’s HEART values at the forefront.
Participants will gain practical tools to communicate with clarity and confidence, even in high-pressure moments, and to build trust that strengthens teams and drives meaningful collaboration.
