Annual Performance Management Review Update

Thank you for diligently working on the Annual Performance Review Process in Voyager. 

We have begun to see reviews in the final steps or already completed. Thank you for making this a priority. Our goal is to keep everyone on track to meet the deadline of September 30, 2025. 

Please complete all five steps, below, by September 30, 2025. To be considered complete, the employee must submit Step 5 after acknowledging the final rating and sharing any final feedback. 

  1. Employee Self-Evaluation

  2. Manager Evaluation of Employee

  3. First Approval (by next level leader)

  4. Manager Shares Performance Feedback

  5. Employee Provides Final Feedback 

Leaders can check the completion status of their teams by accessing the Annual Performance Review Status Report found in the Analytics section at the bottom of the Voyager homepage or by going to the PowerBI app, linked here. This app is updated once daily in the morning. 

As a reminder, our Performance Management site has resources available to help everyone successfully play their part in meeting the September 30, 2025, deadline.
