11291621daysflyer250Texas Children’s is dedicated to supporting you in achieving optimal health and well-being. One simple, yet powerful way to enhance your well-being this holiday season is by participating in 21 Days of Happiness, our holiday well-being challenge. Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit. That is why in this challenge we ask you to practice the following positive habits for 21 days (doing so actually rewires your brain to be more positive).

  1. Gratitude
  2. Journaling
  3. Exercise
  4. Deep Breathing
  5. Selfless Act

To learn more about these positive habits, click on the flier to the right.

The challenge begins Wednesday, December 7, and all Texas Children’s badge holders are encouraged to participate. Register via email at wellbeing@texaschildrens.org by typing “21 Days of Happiness” in the subject line. Once registered, we will keep you on track with weekly emails to support you during the challenge.

Let’s amplify unity and happiness during the holidays! Encourage your co-workers to participate along with you!
