  • Texas Children’s Hospital inaugurates new data science center. The modern open-concept collaborative space will host informational seminars and workshops and serve as a centralized hub for all data scientists throughout the hospital. Read more
  • 2023 NRI Zoghbi Scholar Award recipients announced. The award honors the many generations of trainees who have worked in the Zoghbi lab and at the Duncan NRI by supporting their career development. Read more
  • MD/PhD student mentored by Dr. Sheth receives top honors. Katherine Kabotyanski accepts two prestigious awards to advance her research. Read more
  • Dr. Linda Kim receives Dystonia Medical Research Foundation award. She received $70,000 for the first year of her dystonia research project. Read more
  • Inaugural Feigin Rising Stars Research Symposium held. The special event featured the best and the brightest young investigators from around the country. Read more
  • Dr. Hugo Bellen named recipient of 2024 Gruber Genetics Prize. The renowned geneticist was recognized for his landmark contributions to genetics research and for pioneering the use of fruit flies to study human diseases. Read more
  • Dr. Benjamin Deneen honored by TAMEST for brain research. His research has opened an entirely new field of study set to impact brain tumor patients and give potential insights into a wide range of developmental diseases. Read more
