It’s hard to believe, but the holidays are here! During this time of the year, we should experience the joy of the season. However, the holiday season can leave some feeling stressed, anxious and even overwhelmed.

In our pursuit of the perfect gift, the well-planned holiday vacation or even the iron-clad holiday diet and fitness plan, many of us put too much focus on areas that cause us to miss the wonderful experiences this time of year can offer.
