Helpful reminders for 2024 ART
- ART is for all: All members of our Texas Children’s and Texas Children’s Health Plan workforce – including Texas Children’s Medical Staff – are required to complete the training. Team members currently on a leave of absence must complete 2024 ART within 30 days of their return to work.
- Contractors and volunteers: Contractors and volunteers should consult their leaders for special instructions on completing the course.
- Get credit for 2024 ART: Employees must complete the full training to receive credit. To receive completion credit, team members must view content in its entirety and submit a completion attestation
- Leaders can track completion: Leaders can review their Voyager dashboard to track completion for their cost center(s).
Access 2024 ART
- Log into Voyager.
- Click on the “Learning” link, click on the number above “Required Learning,” click on “TCH HR 2024 Annual Required Training (ART).”
Where to get help
- For problems accessing Voyager, contact the IS Service Desk at 832-824-3512, Option 2.
- For questions about the 2024 ART course, send an e-mail to voyagerlearning@texaschildrens.org.
- Access Voyager on the TCH network or using the VPN. Chrome and Edge are the preferred browsers. If the course is not giving you the correct completion status or not allowing you to advance through the sections, you may need to clear your browsing history (clear the cache).
