Texas Children’s Hospital was recently named a winner of NRC Health’s Consumer Loyalty Award.
Winners of this award are identified by results from NRC Health’s nationally syndicated Market Insights study, which surveyed more than 310,000 households across the country from June 2018 through May 2019. To qualify, each organization had to garner at least 150 top-of-mind mentions from the survey. Winning organizations also had to achieve an extraordinarily high score on NRC Health’s Loyalty Index, a composite of seven different critical aspects of consumer loyalty.
One hundred and eleven organizations were named to this list and were recognized at the 2019 NRC Health Symposium, held August 14-16 in Nashville, Tenn.
