Stacie Stewart receives the Edward B. Singleton Award for Excellence in Leadership

The Edward B. Singleton Award for Administration goes to Stacie L. Stewart, ultrasound manager. Stacie started her ultrasound career in 2002 in the DFW area where she was born and raised. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Texas and is currently working on her MBA. Stacie came to Texas Children’s in February 2020 from Houston Methodist Sugar Land, right in time for the pandemic.

Stacie had an immediate positive impact on the team by establishing herself as an honest, trustworthy, and straightforward leader. She demonstrates a can-do attitude for any challenge or task placed before her. She was recognized for these qualities and her commitment to furthering our research program for ultrasound.

The Edward B. Singleton Award acknowledges individuals within Radiology whose outstanding leadership and/or contribution to the mission of the department has a significant and positive impact on advancing patient care, education, research or Texas Children’s core values.

Please congratulate and thank Stacie for her contributions.
