Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit. That is why in this challenge we ask you to practice the following positive habits for 21 days (doing so actually rewires your brain to be more positive).

  1. Gratitude
  2. Journaling
  3. Exercise
  4. Deep Breathing
  5. Selfless Act

The challenge begins Wednesday, December 7, and all Texas Children’s badge holders are encouraged to participate.
