Register to vote for the Texas primary election before the January 31 deadline

The primary elections are right around the corner and the Texas Children’s Government Relations department wants to ensure all team members:

  • Are registered to vote by the registration deadline on Monday, January 31.
  • Have the information they need to prepare and exercise their right to vote in this year’s primaries on Tuesday, March 1.

Government Relations encourages team members to take the following steps to prepare.

  • Check to see if you are a registered voter or update your registration information (current address) here.
  • You can learn more about the voting process for early voting or Election Day voting here.
  • Beyond the registration deadline, you can find 2022 election dates here. Early voting begins February 14.
  • Go here to find a list of candidates on each ballot.
  • If you prefer to vote by mail you should request an Application for Ballot by Mail (ABBM). The last day to apply by mail (form received) is February 18.
