Kronos Upgrade: in-person support opportunities

Texas Children’s will upgrade the Kronos timekeeping system on Wednesday, October 24. This upgrade is required to keep our system up-to-date and to assure our employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.

To support our employees and leaders, Texas Children’s Kronos representatives will be available at the locations below to answer questions and provide an overview of new features that will be available with the new version. Please encourage your teams to attend.

Thursday, October 18, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Be sure to check the Kronos Resources page often, as training materials and how-to videos will continue to be added and updated prior to go-live. Kronos training will be available to all users in HealthStream beginning the week of October 15.

There will be a 24-hour anticipated outage to the Kronos timekeeping system prior to the upgrade on October 24. During this downtime, Kronos timeclocks will be functional to store punches. Additional details about this outage will be communicated ahead of the go-live date.
