ATTENTION: All Texas Children’s cyclists!

If you are ready to have a lot of fun, get some great exercise, make new friends, and raise money for a worthy cause, then please consider joining us for the 2017 BP MS 150 bike ride. Registration is now open.

The BP MS 150 is a fundraising event for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS). Riders will participate in a 165-mile, two-day bike ride from Houston to Austin on the weekend of April 29-30, 2017.

Team member requirements are as follows:

  • Be a safe, courteous rider and a good ambassador for Texas Children’s Hospital in the community.
  • Volunteer for at least one Team Texas Children’s event during the training season.
  • Complete a bike safety class and online safety quiz.
  • Raise a minimum of $500 for the MS Society.

Still hesitant about signing up? Our diverse team members range from teenagers to grandparents, exercise buffs to couch potatoes, and first-timers to veteran riders. Watch our team video from a previous ride and be inspired. Join in on the fun and camaraderie.

If you would like to know more about training and support available to our riders, please contact team co-captains Seema Patel or Jill Simon for more information. We hope that you will ride with us this year.
