Arlene Brown, LCSW, received the Social Work Leader Award by the Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers on March 31.
The Social Worker Leader Award recognizes a social worker who excels in the field of pediatric oncology social work and who has made an outstanding contribution and impact within their scope of practice.
Arlene was recently named Social Worker of the Year by the Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers. The Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers in conjunction with The Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation, award sponsor, is proud to recognize APOSW members who demonstrate exemplary services in the field of pediatric oncology. This honor will be presented to Arlene during the 2021 Annual Conference in Louisville, Kentucky.
