Texas Children’s Health Coach Alexandra Alonso talks about how she can help you

When people meet me, the first question they ask is “What is a health coach?” The quick answer, I am your personal well-being support team and will provide you with a positive and personalized experience to help you achieve your well-being goals. When you make the decision to start making changes in your life, one of the hardest things to do is to figure out where to start. This is where health coaching helps.

During a health coaching session I will help you gain a better understanding of what wellness looks like for you. Whether you need to manage your weight, reduce your stress, get more sleep, stop smoking, or create a work life balance – I am here to help. Together we will set goals, implement strategies to overcome challenges, and utilize your personal strengths to achieve sustainable behavior changes.

On Wednesday, July 20, I will be presenting a Well-Being Seminar and invite you to participate. During the seminar, you will learn tips to become more accountable in your life decisions as well as how to select the right accountability partners for you, and much more!
