The 2016 general election is upon us and it’s an important one – we will be selecting our next Commander in Chief as well as representatives to fill many important state and local positions.
To help get out the vote, Texas Children’s Government Relations will host two voter registration drives during the first week of October to assist employees and guests with voter registration, which ends Tuesday, October 11. The registration drives will be held on:
- Tuesday, October 4: West Campus corridor from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 5: Main Campus, The Auxiliary Bridge from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Tables will be stationed at each location with Deputy Voter Registrars on site to assist with registration. For those unable to attend, go to www.votetexas.gov/register-to-vote/ to register to vote online.
