To help support our employees, Texas Children’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has recently begun subscribing to Soul & Science of Caregiving. This online program is designed to support individuals who work in health care by providing access to tools that can:
- Increase personal resiliency
- Teach methods of self-care
- Improve emotional intelligence
The program offers Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by completing computer-based lessons. These lessons include wisdom from experienced presenters, cutting edge research, relevant case studies, and insights from published experts in their respective fields. Each lesson in a subject area must be completed to earn CEUs.
