In honor of National Child Passenger Safety Week (September 13 – September 19), Texas Children’s Center for Childhood Injury Prevention will be hosting some car seat check-up events locally. Several nationally certified child passenger safety technicians from the Houston area will be available to assist families with the installation of their car seats. Making sure a child is in the proper restraint system, car seat or booster seat can help provide protection in the event of a car crash. These events are one of many ways that we help ensure our children are riding safely in our local area. Below are some of our upcoming events:
